Intro to 12 Stone Productions
Thee original 12 Stone Productions music production unit is MrLansunn & Cuba. Lansunn the Technician, Constructor, Mixer, Producer & Arranger along with Cuba The Over looker, Co-Producer, Arranger, Certifier whom make all the beats. 12 Stone Productions was formed in 1989 by Cuba & MrLansunn and then later progressed to a Rap Group with KK joining the group in 1993, then Kobayashi in 1994. Thee original 12 Stone are a force of 4 original individually talented team of lyricists named Cuba, MrLansunn, Kobayashi & Kulture Kartell.
They hail from the London borough of Hackney East London. The reputation that MrLansunn and Cuba built as a set of producers called 12 Stone Productions back in 1989 is now permanently known as that 12 Stone Productions sound, which is very well known within the underground UK Hip-Hop Rap circuit, and has gained recognition in America, Canada, Jamaica and Europe & soon all over the world if not already?! 12 Stone Productions are producing the sound of pure undiluted english hip-hop and raps with strictly reality lyrics, NO fake accents & NO fake flows or WEAK production skills. What 12 Stone Productions share with you is real life episodes and issues that not only affect them, but you as well!

12 Stone deal with allot of issues concerning gun crime, prostitution, drugs, theft, area control and gangs. These are just a hand full of the topics covered in 12 Stone’s music/lyrical content! This makes for fresh and forward open minded thinking as opposed to the typical, I will kill you, Gangster type bravado currently being glamorized in today’s music scene!
STONE-AGE 2000 the album;
12 Stone Productions put out their 1st CD album titled: STONE-AGE 2000 on their own Indie 12 Stone Productions & Records label in 2000, which is
basically an underground classic!
Unfortunately STONE-AGE 2000 was not pressed onto vinyl but will in the near future be re-released on a limited edition Studio Re-press and also on mp3 download available via the internet on the LondonCitySounds© Website. STONE-AGE 2000 was released independently by 12 Stone Productions with no distribution deal or marketing deal nor a standard budget! To date STONE-AGE 2000 is currently SOLD OUT!!! 12 Stone Productions did the distribution and marketing on their own. The album art works was also done by Lansunn with help from Cuba along with the final decisions made by the group. The album cover is even a Classic! With the HACKNEY MAP blazed on the front, back etc. It has even influenced other rap groups in UK Hop-Hop to make album cover design's like The STONE-AGE 2000 album cover, with the map on it!

Recordings;
As 12 Stone Productions the production unit, MrLansunn and CUBA made over 400 Instrumentals which includes the tracks recorded onto audio Cassette tapes, but where not backed up to disc (Tut Tut Sigh! Never Mind?!). 12 Stone also recorded over 50 vocalized tracks through out the whole period of which at least 30 tracks are unreleased and due for a exclusive release soon. 12 Stone also have a long catalouge of Live Freestyle Sessions that have only seen 1 Live Session released! Once again the Unheard Live Sessions will also be released soon. The album STONE-AGE 2000 was released in April 2000 on CD only in a limited amount of 500 CD copies. STONE-AGE 2000 is now a Classic UK Hip-Hop Album. Then there is the Internal NetWork v1 Mixx CD that was also released in 2005.
